This is baffling. Why would a non-union studio tweet this? Start with unionizing Devolver Digital. Unionizing is not a metaphor or a marketing buzzword. I thought maybe an employee tweeted this without approval but it's been up for 22h.

@JDespland We’re greatly in favor of game developers and employees of these studios forming a union. Much of our staff has been in favor of this going back to the developer-led Gathering Of Developers. Not every show of support needs to be marketing or a ‘scene’.

@devolverdigital Is Devolver Digital unionized? Why not? What is your position with regards to your own employees unionizing?

@marijamdid In a way I agree that it's a good sign that this is happening because it reflects how much progress we've made, but I'm sorry I really disagree that this sort of recuperation and anesthetization is something desirable or to hope for in anyway :(
