Mr. Onyum Charles, the Media Coordinator of @IncubatorGHAI in Uganda's Drowning Prevention Program highlighted that β€œSustainability lies in local advocacy & gov’t uptake, not just donor funding.” This is why journalists need to place this agenda infront of the policy makers.
