Happy to see the https://t.co/FkQUUv4Wq3 out at @genomeresearch. We have been exploring the cap-trapper technology to sequence both long and short cap-selected (full-length) RNAs, including longer reads, using THP-1 cells stimulated with PMA. Unsurprisingly, we found new RNAs.
