– The Amānah is fulfilled. – The door of Ijtihād is open till the day of Judgement. Either the Amānah is not fulfilled or it is fulfilled but you ended up being خائن and that’s why you had to open the door of opinionative Ijtihād or should I say “Qiyās” till Qayāmah? 🤡.

@DisputingSunnah The prophets عليهم السلام conveyed the revelation. They fulfilled the amanah. They didnt leave behind secrets that can only be accessed by 1 individual in 1000 years having a monopoly over guidance. And the door of ijtihaad is open for everyone without a monoply.

Wallāhi, the hardships of Sayyid al-Sajjād (a) are very unique, heart-wrenching — unbearable to be precise. The One (a) whose flesh got teared from His blessed neck, the same neck which was once kissed by the Imām al-Ḥusayn (a), due to the burden of the طوق encollared harshly.

If, while reciting al-Qur’ān, I interchange the position of a couple of words from a verse and make it a habitual thing, will it be termed as Kufr?.

The most ridiculous thing is that some Salafis are calling this guy a ret@rd — trying to reject Tajsīm whereas this diagram of literal representation of God is actually Ṣaḥīḥ according to their Aḥādīth. Salafis cornered their God and now hesitate to embrace the stupidity.

This is the simplest way to put it. Keep this diagram in mind when reading Sh Ibn Taymia's works and everything will make sense.

If Shaykh al-Ṭūsī (زضي اللّٰہ عنہ) himself entrusted this methodology to the seekers, then what excuse remains for gatekeeping it today?. “𝑨 𝒍𝒆𝒈𝒂𝒄𝒚 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒕 𝒕𝒐 𝒈𝒖𝒊𝒅𝒆 𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒅𝒔, 𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒍𝒐𝒄𝒌𝒆𝒅 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒄𝒍𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝒄𝒂𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏.”.

critical thinking among the Muqallidīn? . The institutional model of Taqlīd, though argued as a safeguard, increasingly appears to function as a barrier, discouraging believers from engaging the very legacy that once empowered them with the tools of discernment.

Over time as newcomers or common Shīʿa dilemma: “only the marjaʿ knows,” cementing a top‑down model of authority will be abridged. One is forced to ask: Is this neglect born of reverence and academic caution, or of a quiet unease that access to such works may awaken some. .

I, humbly, speculate that one of the reasons al-Istibṣār is not emphasized or translated widely at the public level, despite being authored by one of the greatest Uṣūlī scholars is the concern that if such texts were to become commonly studied, the notion that became common. .

Yet curiously, in today’s Uṣūlī circles, this monumental work is rarely brought into public discourse, let alone encouraged for serious lay study. What even more peculiar is that the Shaykh ؓ was a towering Muḥaddith, Jurist, and founder of the classical Uṣūlī tradition. .

The significance of this book is summed up in this line that the Shaykh ؒ said:. “The intended target of this book is someone with average/beginner level knowledge. Whoever is of this status will become clear with the slightest contemplation what we mentioned.”

So Shaykh ؓ entitled this work & it is authored in such a way that the Shaykh ؓ takes a مسئلہ and render a couple of Ṣaḥīḥ Aḥādīth and Fabricated or Taqqiyah Aḥādīth and then offer the Dirāyah (critical analysis) of the actual Ḥadīth meant to be spread among the Shīʿa.

The contemporaries of ash‑Shaykh al‑Tūsī (رض) asked him to write a book through which beginners can gain insight of Akhbār in such a legislative way that they can derive rulings. It presents 600+ juristic issues. For each issue, al‑Tūsī ؒ gathers the relevant narrations.

“. It would be useful that there should be a reference (مذخورأ) book which a beginner could use in his study of jurisprudence, or one who has finished, to remind himself, or the intermediate (student) to study more deeply.”. Dear readers, this is exceptionally significant.
