What is going? I have not received my tax return or first stimulus payment yet ? Every time I call to set an appointment they hang up on me😢 i filled buy paper June 5th 2020

The IRS is bullying the US citizen. People have no job under the Covid-19 yet been forced to sell the house. IRS keeps holding on the selling of the house money regardless the judge has been pardoned half of the taxes and still asking for the full amount of the taxes.
