The U.S. Congressional Staff Delegation visited the University of Hargeisa. The delegation had an academic discussion with the university community about Somaliland education and the role it played in state and peace-building processes.

Weighing the pros and cons of the African state’s foreign policy, we conclude that the swing foreign strategies of the African states greatly affected Africa politically, socially, and economically.
