This will happen more often to small and medium enterprises than most understand now.
I've cut out 90% of my software subscriptions just by rebuilding them all with Claude Code If I have to enter my credit card in for a sub it feels like I'm doing something wrong

My stack: - Primary/heavy main tool: Claude code (Sonnet + sometimes Haiku) - Secondary main tool: Codex sparingly, 5-Codex is usually quite good for discussing high & low level complex architecture. - High level commands and low level agents for implementation and reviews. Contd

- Reviews consolidate into an incremental decision-making dialogue. - MCP usage is minimal to save window: context7 and sequential thinking. I love that Claude code now allows to switch MCP servers on and off on the fly.

On a rough estimate, 1 QR code scan should take 5-15 seconds. On the contrary, card authorisations can take anywhere between 1-3 minutes. Sometimes more, specially when visitors try multiple cards. This is a terrible waste of time for people who took the effort to pre-book.
