Don’t make judgments before you have all the facts: One of the women Sen. Kelly visited at the Eloy detention facility has had a final order of removal from a DOJ judge since 2013, and sticking around after a removal order is a federal crime. ICE enforces immigration law.
I just visited two people, Kelly and Maria, being held by ICE in Eloy. One is a business owner and the other is the mother of a U.S. Marine. They belong with their families, not locked up. Trump is wasting taxpayer dollars going after the wrong people instead of real criminals.
