Gita Ramaswamy is the Trustee of the Hyderabad Book Trust and an author. Since 1980, HBT has published over 400 books written in or translated into Telugu.

HLF 2020 ended with a Volunteers' Party at Vidyaranya School. Almost 100 Volunteers gave their everything for atleast three days of the fest.
HLF is one of the few events in the country which is voluntary in nature.
Kudos to Hyderabadis and their Volunteering Spirit.

The kits for HLF-2019 are the beautiful jute bags stitched 30 women hailing for rural parts of Telangana. It took them a month to stitch more than 750 bags, with banadhani strips representing the Gujarat state, the guest of HLF-2019.

This theatre performance was a concoction of expression in a new form. The stage talk- Politics and Theatrics of Community, brought together by a collaboration between the Drama Association of the Dead (DAD) and the Queer-Trans Wellness and Support Centre (QT Centre)!
Workshop on "haikuDHYANA" with Kala Ramesh - Poet, editor, anthologist, and festival director. She is an ardent advocate of haikai literature, including haiku, senryu, tanka, haibun, haiga, and renku in India.
