@loveholidays Scam this would be you. Other companies offer assessable rooms. We book with you. We have to do you tube and trip advisor to find out. Also no reply from hotel, spent a fortune on changes. We can’t cancel we loose our holiday. If we find one. It’s £500 more expensive to change

@loveholidays I booked a holiday through Love Holidays, and the experience was awful. The hotel was nothing like advertised,dirty with inedible food, forcing us to leave early. Customer service was dismissive and refused to take proper responsibility. I don’t recommend them.
