If you test positive please note that you need to go see your Dr so the Dr can decide which combination of ART to give you. Do not just take ART because you saw someone taking the same thing. There is a whole lot of clinical reasons why the Dr will choose a certain combination 4u

Google will not diagnose HIV for you. It will give you information related your search. The best way 2find out your HIV status is to get tested. U can go to yo Doctor or you can do it at home. @Dischem and @Clicks_SA have home test kits. Know yo status so u dont google symptoms.

ART works. It does its job brilliantly. It never cuts corners. But the only way it can do its job effectively is when you yourself take charge. Tge pill will not pick itself up and get in your mouth. You have to take charge of your life. Take the pill and let it do its job.

Being HIV positive and pregnant does not mean the baby has to be born HIV positive. There is a prophylaxis 4 the baby that can b taken just after birth. The best choice 4 yo baby however is 4 u 2 take your ART. An undetectable viral load immensely reduces the risk of transmission

Taking ART. Try to avoid fatty foods. We are not saying do not eat fried foods but try to avoid fatty foods and eat a healthier diet. Veggies, fruits, white meat, beans. These will be very good for you. High Cholesterol may hinder the correct functioning of your ART.

Make sure your CD4 count is not less than 500.And you can do so by keeping that viral load undetectable(meaning surpressed) arvs helps us to keep that virus in check in case u ddnt know being undetectable does not mean u should stop taking ARVs it simply means it's doing its job

I really don't understand people who get tired of taking ARV's to survive; bt they eat large amount of food 3 tyms a day to survive. Take ur ARV's all the time. #ARVs
