1 days: More dudes than ladies, ALWAYS. Bros having a good time. More beer usually ordered. Heartier plates, more meat dishes. Most of the time people are in good shape. Impatient customers on the phone. Impatient delivery drivers. Chill songs keep the aggression at bay 💪🏾

3 days: More questions than usual. Chatty about everything. They stay longer & just talk. Bouncy & bubbly energy. Always a few groups w/ kids (messy little ones lol). Desserts are popular. Side dishes and tapas too. Happy-go-lucky type of vibe. Gotta have that Upbeat music 🗣️

4 days: Restaurant majority of the time is packed. Usually police come in to dine. Lots of mechanics, construction workers and office folk come as well. Most are In & Out fairly quickly (lunch break). Keep the pace with some upbeat music. A consistently flowing work day 👨‍💼

5 days: Goes from dead to packed pretty quick, & vice versa. People are usually better dressed. Good looking people. Hand gestures and body movin'. Lots of laughing & toe tappin. Medium to faster types of music with big bass. Engaging and entertaining day with quick changes 🕺🏽

6 days: Big groups, either family or friends come in. People TAKE THEIR SWEET TIME on these days. Lots of people w/ bellies too. Big eaters, many dishes. Always a few awkward/strange people. Tend to get a few older folk as well. Slow n steady day but big smiles cuz happy tummy 👨🏻‍🍳

7 days: Quieter days. Mostly solos rolling in. If it gets packed, its usually just solos/ couples. Light chatter, little questioning. A lot more of delivery on these days. Many whom wear glasses. Some socially awkward folk. People seem to enjoy music when it's slower & quieter 🧘‍♂️

8 days: A lot of corporates with suits & ties, work dresses. Sometimes big parties. People usually have nice shades & watches. Higher end outfits. Stronger/bigger looking majority. Oftentimes more generous. Nice cars pulling up. Songs with bass is the money spot 💰

9 days: Interesting vibes. Gotta be on your toes all day. Be one with the flow. Fast music to adapt better 🍃

11 days: ALWAYS more women than men. People cry from time to time. Very expressive faces. Some athletic people. A good amount of older folk come. Moody music and older classics are always appreciated. POS tech / Coco delivery usually tweaks out. Days always fly by, high energy ⚡

22 days: This is the day that I notice if people come back or not. Like as if the meal is a make or break deal haha. I do try to make regulars on this day. Body builders, construction workers and utility folk. Overall athletic majority. Don't really have a specific music style 🛠️

33 days: Can't really say anything for this one. I don't have enough repeating examples as of now. Soon though, soon 👁️ May this find u well! 🙏🏽 (especially if you're a server yourself)
