4. Chinese guy deposits the $1 into his bank 5. The Chinese bank buys treasuries (bonds) 6. The $1 is then recycled back to the US 7. The US then issues more debt: Treasury bonds, Treasury bills and Treasury notes (government-issued fixed-income security) Can you see it 👁️
