Probably the most boring England group stage I've ever seen at a major tournament. We're through, but 🥱😴. Like watching paint dry. #EURO2024.

Was a pleasure to work with the great folks at Sledgehammer on #MWIII. My daughter and I got in the credits! 🥳

I don't think I really cared about the "blue ticks" at the top of replies here when that first happened. I rarely see any on gamedev threads. But now they are all over @fesshole, and it's makes me sad. Weird Crypto young yanks who don't understand the jokes, farming engagement.

Pour one out for E3. 😢My comments in the thread still stand. The "Summer Game Fest" ain't it; at least for LA devs, good luck getting an invite to that. It's equiv to the press streams E3 did, and I'm guessing unlikely to ever be the broader hands-on conference that E3 was?.
It makes me sad how so many seem oddly happy that E3 is dying. And then of all things champion "The Game Awards" as a replacement.

I used to visit a friend in Mountain View, CA. He worked at Google; that whole area felt like the same concept. Shades of "Vivarium" with the residential areas, and a downtown where seemingly any random you'd have a conversation with, also worked at Google. Eerie stuff.

The Elvis reference reminded me of someone I'd met a few times, who dropped a similar comment. Just Googled her name and Elvis:. So I guess it was true. :) Also nice to hear she is able to enjoy retirement now, really interesting lady to chat with!.
A friend told me an amazing story over the weekend of how she’d been with a group of mostly young people, discussing the most famous person they’d shagged. When they got to the very end of the table, a woman in her 70s looked up and said quietly: ‘Elvis’.
