I try to work out 6 times per week with a mix of land & pool training. sometimes I beat my alarm clock & other days I find myself pushing through. Point is your goal should be to do your best, & that may look different each day. As long as you’re showing up. Consistency is king

Romance? A still morning chat goes a long way. For those of you in the thick of it that could mean a shared two minutes with some eye contact before you head out the door or chase a young human. Wherever you can get it is the right way to do it.
