if anyone cares i literally take the bar july 29-30 in tampa, immediately drive back to jax for a rehearsal dinner then wedding the next day, then fly to michigan the next day, and four days later fly to memphis, then back to jax 2 days later, then a few days later fly to oregon.

asking for a friend, gym people and/or doctors, what do you recommend for someone who a few years ago severed part of their bicep and now the muscles in there don’t really work so everything has to sort of come from the chest region on that side even when the other arm is fine.
