People hate on Man of Steel way too much. In my opinion, it was the best DCEU movie by far, only accompanied by Wonder Woman and even then I still thought that Man of Steel was better.

DC makes killer animated movies, and the standalone movies like The Dark Knight trilogy are great as well, but the DCEU was beyond underwhelming as a general consensus. It was just poorly executed.

//WW movie took some MOS inspiration. Temptation Scenes by villains was very similar visually.

I don't like dark and broody on Superman. That's half of my criticisms. I actually really liked the action scenes though. But the biggest letdown was Pa Kent. By far.

The people that hate MOS are either children in grown folks bodies or have little to no education on film and writing.
