God loves all humans.
(John 3:16 NIV) "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

To my understanding, God loves all His image bearers. Which is all humans. He loved me when I was drenched in sin, sinning against my own body, the body He gave me, and encouraging pride in sin. He saved me because He loves me.
@SamanthaRedeemd
I don't disagree with anything you are saying. God saves sinners, He saved you. Titus 3:4-5. Think about these things you said, what do they have in common?
-He loved me...
-He gave me..
-He saved me...
-He loves me...
What they have in common is you not doing anything in any oneโฆ

2Pe 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Ephesians 5:15 (AKJB) See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, 16 redeeming the time, because the days are evil. 17 Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

โThe LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence His soul HATETH. Upon the wicked He shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.โ (Psalm 11:5-6)

What I know is it's written He demonstrated His love in Christ dying for us and that Christ died for all. John also explicitly quoted the Lord in saying He loved the world to send His Son.
So yes, He does.
