Impressive. With Keir Starmer in the U.K. and a rejection of Trump 2.0 in the U.S. thereās some hope that we may be ending up with adults in the room in more and more countries.

I hoped that since election night, @wesstreeting would continue the naval imagery and it looks good so far.
Following this morningās Cabinet meeting, I held calls with Health Ministers in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and @jackiebmsp. A Labour government in Westminster will be a rising tide that lifts all ships and weāll work constructively with devolved administrations.

For 35 years, Chinese leaders have tried to erase all memory of the Tiananmen protests and the brutal massacre that crushed them. Last week I found a file of photos I took in Beijing in 1989, most of which I haven't seen since. I will post some now to commemorate those times.

Each year I feel a duty to remind people of the massacre of 3/4 June 1989 around Tiananmen Sq. And each year I get assailed by bots and others, doing the job of Chinese Communist Party propaganda, who claim it didnāt happen or was all a US-plot. Sorry: it did, and it wasnāt.
