- Cyrille Bolloré is very pragmatic. He impressed me a lot. Skin in the game helps in managing risks.

North America: great and petrol products back up in acticity but not only
Canada: great
BAL: significant recovery in petrol, mining and gas.
Bolloré Energy: record yeat
Electric batteries: aim is to lose less then 100 M€ this year.

IER: back to a very satisfactory profitability level.
Socfin: great results
Batteries: 10 M€ for fixing issue is still the right number.
Logistics: fret prices doesn't know when it will normalize. We are limited by recruiting difficulties in different countries.

FF external growth: we missed one by very little. We want to keep growing to havz a critical size. Transpacific is too expensice5and we don't know if trend will hold.
Multiples still high.
Aiming for 1 million controlled containers.
