Maybe. It's a paradigm shift as I havn't seen that many buys on Bolloré.
Lots of things can happen and the place to be imo is Odet. As odet>Bolloré >Vivendi.

With all the “valuation” plays happening (UMG, Bol Africa, Banijay) can VB not get a bridge loan to take out all minorities? Would be the best trade ever to take out BOL at +30% mrk price and collapse the structure whilst private. Big buying 13 and 16 May is prob ODET

Yes it is completely possible and he has a lot of collateral. But there is not only Bolloré to take out (Moncey, artois....). I would take out everything in one move. And believe it or not VB respects his minority shareholders!
