I met a man who converted to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 15 years ago. He was challenged to read The Book of Mormon daily. He hasn't missed a day in 12 years now. He inspired me to be my best, and I'm on the longest streak of my life thanks to his example.

Like, the reason Laman/Lemuel were hitting Nephi with a rod out of frustration was actually the step needed to cause Laban to be delivered into Nephi's hands. It's fascinating to watch how the Lord provides and directs even without infringing on the agency on man.

There are 100,000 dentists in Alpine/Highland.
My son needs a dental operation. We have a private dentist (cannot get an NHS one) for regular visits and small procedures but they can’t do big operations. So we go with the public sector. I’ve just been on the phone and was told the waiting list is 1 to 2 years. Not months.
