Convenient how when it's about birth rate declines they'll tell women to buck up and take on for the team and have babies but once you're actually a mom they treat you like you're an inconvenience.
Our culture is still so aggressively anti-female that we continue to treat pregnancy like a burden on employeers rather than an inherent and necessary part of humanity. Without women, there wouldn't be employers or employees.
