With Oklahoma State hiring an entirely new offensive staff, I wanted to dive into the four coaches who’ve been coordinators in the past. I’ll break down their scheme, experience, and what they bring to shape OSU’s offense next season.

Coach Meacham on the duty split between him and Rob Glass: “He helps a lot… he’s handling a lot of the administrative-type things… he’s a Chief of Staff, handling a lot of the stuff Mike handled. It frees me up to focus on the team.” Could be a good plan for the future!

Statistically what will Baylor face in Stillwater against OSU? How bad were the numbers this season and last season that led to Gundy’s firing? https://t.co/2Ssy9JN6Kp

I’m sure @cadewebb and I will have to get our thoughts out on the new hires in some form 🙂 And we will force @AdamLunt817 to be a part of it.
Could REALLY use an emergency @FeelsLike45Pod this week.

- Overall, #okstate didn't show much in this game. Heavy IZ zone, only one unique Counter blocking scheme, not a bunch of different route concepts.

- Of the 30 pass attempts, it was a 50/50 split between straight drop back and RPO/Play Action. - Of the 72 snaps, I had about 30-40% that looked like some type of RPO. There was probably some that I missed as well.

- 32 Zone runs, 5 Counter runs (the rest were Scrambles and Sacks). All 5 Counter runs were Jet Power Read (Jet motion, pull backside guard, QB reads to give/pull). - About an 80/20 11 personnel / 12 personnel split. I believe there was at least 1 TE on every offensive snap.

Final thoughts on the #okstate offense (thread): - Pre-snap motion was 45% on Hejny's 20 plays and dropped to 21% on Flores'. In addition, some of that 21% was RB/TE shift motion and not WR motion.

#okstate showed this Tackle Over formation on Thursday. You can see there are two Tackles on the right side of the formation into the boundary. The X receiver, Rigby, is lined up in the Left Tackle spot and is still an eligible receiver.

This GT Counter action on the WR screen was pretty cool.

The only counter runs were these Jet Power Read with the backside guard pulling. QB can keep on Power or give to WR on jet sweep.

The "Modern Triple Option", as it is referred to, showed up a couple of times. This includes the OL blocking for a true RB run, a pass option and getting the QB moving out of the pocket for the threat of him keeping it.

Great chat with @dynasty_defined and @jtpenfield on if Wyatt Hendrickson's upset win over Gable Steveson should be on #okstate Mount Rushmore of moments on the latest @Ten12Network podcast. 🍎: https://t.co/mvw5Vhjfzb 🟢: https://t.co/gDPtjD62my
