Want to show a recruiter or scout you know how to play OF? A normal inning of defense is about 7-10 minutes and about 15-20 pitches. No excuse why an OF shouldn’t be doing this every pitch.
Kids: This is a big league CF’ers pre-pitch. I can promise you infielders do it even more aggressively. Don’t be “too cool” to pre pitch. EVERY pitch!
