Is this a protective cover, which can have all kinds of prints on it because it's not an Id, but just a cover?

Yes only the cover. But it should only be provided to the military *because* Ukrainians see it and assume the bearer has some Duty. Look at this thread for context.

Well done you broke the law. You can buy fake and stolen ID in any country, still illegal. Hope you're arrested and locked up.

armed wings of political parties were not in the military in 2015. And no, I never benefitted from it. But I was repetitively asked to use the soldiers line when buying train tickets, and when asked if I *could* go to the ATO with it, the cashier tried printing me a ticket ;).

Soooo tell me a country you can't buy a fake ID or passport??? Bad guys are in every country. Not just Ukraine. I can get a bad USA one like that in the USA for 5 bucks. So you are just spreading ruzzian propaganda that Ukraine is corrupt. Instead turn the seller not post online
