My quick comments on J-10 procurement: -This isn’t diversification but overdiversification --> obvious logistical, maintenance, and interoperability challenges -Why J-10? If we 'must' buy something from 🇨🇳, why not other aircraft types we don’t already source elsewhere?

The idea to use Garibaldi as a 'drone carrier' &/ 'HA/DR flagship' has its value. But expecting it to significantly increase TNI AL's combat power and boost regional standing is unrealistic At best, it’s operationally useful but strategically limited https://t.co/F4L1IRBnAZ
