That’s nothing to brag about. 24 million to Bank Of America is about the equivalent to $.24 out of my pocket. That is literally pennies to them….. your punishments never fit the crime for the big guys. It’s just nothing more than the cost of the business to them.
@FINRA
So $24 mill for 6 years of more than 700 spoofing attacks. We know that's mear pennies to them for what they made. Why are you guys afraid to prosecute them? I bet people lost a lot of money bc of what they did and yet to them $24 million means that it's okay to do it. Ffs

are all the traders who lost money going to get repaid? Is anyone going to get their license revoked? is anyone going to serve prison time? Are you going to announce who exactly was responsible for the spoofing?
@FINRA
Where is the investigation on GTS? Also Where is the investigation on Citadel & Goldman Sachs when they misreported buys/sells? That would have resulted in price distortion over the 5-6 years they were doing it. $MMTLP

24 Million is a drop in the bucket for BoA they can make 50 times over doing it again and again KG has been fine Millions and continues to what they doing and making Million more than any fine ..it needs to be a 10s of Billions Fines till they will stop ! IMHO
@FINRA
But how much did
@BankofAmerica
make by spoofing? I'm going out on a limb (not really) and saying they made a LOT MORE than $24 Million.
How about spending some time researching the stocks that get spoofed and layered EVERY DAY for years in order to control the price and make max…
@FINRA
Sure would be nice if you calculated the value lost to investors and made them reimburse the shareholders for those loses 🤔. Noval idea I’m sure …
