Take a few minutes to delve into this thread. If your feed has devolved into petty name calling and vitriol, I’m probably not gonna follow along on your journey of anger.
1/ One of most important things I've learned: Severe personality problems find *camouflage.* No one thinks "I'm a sadist" or "I'm a malignant narcissist." They find a belief system/social group that validates their most hateful, destructive impulses & construes them as virtues.

This is good news, with a hint of incredibly bad news. We get it wrong way too many times. Celebrate the exonerations, but give some thought to the years, upon years, of wrongful incarceration.
