Yoh Yoshinari is a god! He worked even in the pre production of the original evangelion series making some of the most amazing concept art. And he is also One of the best animators in Japan. Its crazy

That's Yuuto Kaneko, another animator affiliated with Trigger. Very similar style though, and also really good!
