@ElijahSchaffer Yes there is no mechanism for a parenteral (injected) vaccine to prevent a respiratory virus because antibodies can't cross into the lungs. Cochrane stopped reviewing studies as they were so bad. Looks like someone made them hide this @MaryanneDemasi
