MCU Captain Marvel fans outing themselves on how they genuinely don't care or understand about the basic things that make a story/character good.
Even fucking Dragon ball fans know that the character actually needs to struggle and work hard.

Right…. Becaus it totally isn’t how those are 2 completely different power sets and the light manipulation powers are better suited for light based shit…. The iteration of the character who absorbed suns in the comics can’t be it, has to be “woke” agenda
@EnjoyerFive
Yeah, that's why most people dislike Caulifla. She was basically just handed super saiyan.
Goku had to see his best friend die in front of him and being able to do nothing, and he thought it was for good.
@EnjoyerFive
Goku got through lots and lots of training to get strong. Hell, even in the OG Dragon Ball series, he was close to death to even defeat Piccolo.
@EnjoyerFive
They really fucking don't, hell I'd argue the Captain Marvel comics also have this problem.
Not only has she's got over a dozen powers already including a type of immortality but they keep giving her more so where are the damn stakes?
More powers doesn't mean better character.
@EnjoyerFive
Nevermind the fact that Gaia is currently the most powerful MCU character because she has access to everyone's powers, including Carol. What? You don't know who that is? You didn't watch Secret Invasion? I don't blame you. It was hot garbage.
@EnjoyerFive
I call this the Wolverine factor. Wolverine’s most popular arcs and stories is when he’s been broken and needs to put himself back together. This is why the era after Magneto ripped the Adamantium out was so interesting, and why he got REAL boring when he got the adamantium back
@EnjoyerFive
Yeah, Captain Marvel basically did fuck all in Infinity War/Endgame short of wreck Thanos's ship and get punched out of the movie.
Thor actually did stuff.
