Today I met with Inter IKEA Group delegation together with the Swedish Ambassador to Rwanda.We discussed business opportunities in Rwanda. IKEA is interested in Made in Rwanda Products (Tea, home furniture..). I assured IKEA of Rwanda's readness & commitment to working with them

I have had a productive meeting with Mr. Alain EBOBISSE, CEO of @Africa50Infra. We deeply discussed on how to speed up the implementation of the Kigali Innovation City Project, a joint development partnership between the @RwandaGov and Africa 50.

Today, I joined @EdNgirente and his fantastic team to launch the Rwanda Future Drivers of Growth study, a joint report from @RwandaFinance and @WorldBank. An important milestone on the path to #Vision2050

One of the key elements of African development is to catalyze innovation spirit in #Africa by supporting and promoting young innovators in different sectors such as Agriculture, ICT, Energy, Education, etc and to link them with available opportunities for coaching. #AIS2018

Industrialization is key in order to encourage broad-based growth in the continent. For this to happen, regional integration will play an important role in this journey. The African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) is therefore a great step forward!
