Unwarranted advances, sexual or not if told no multiple times by the victim in the situation is considered harassment. Not too hard of a concept?
This student at Morgan state has had sexual advances made at her by a security officer in the Jenkins building. Nobody is taking her seriously. This needs to be handled asap.

all due respect, theyre possibly only considered "sexual advances" by her because theyre coming from an older unattractive person. i would wager she tolerates and appreciates FAR WORSE behavior from her young male or female contemporaries

It doesn’t matter the age, he’s at work and it’s inappropriate behavior. And he’s got some sort of authority being a security guard. Also it’s making her uncomfortable. Not too hard of a concept?

thats not how employment law works. as an employee there is a code of unacceptable behaviors. what he does has to meet that standard. is he doing it to everyone? is he targeting certain women. etc. bro out here in the real world, the legal structures matter.

sir, i agree saying "no" to an advance implies that shes not interested. But if she wants the advances to stop and ensure the school can to take action, her best chance is to be able to say "i asked him to stop this behavior and he hasnt." but she say that she asked him to stop

And that should be more than enough? Does she need to hop on a leg, reach to the sky, touch her back, and say it? Situations like that one lead to women being hurt, or worse murdered because no one stopped things too early. Her saying “no” is enough.
