That’s appalling and typical I fear. So sorry that no one took the time to notice you sufficiently well to understand that you deserved a history of growing up. Every Child Matters, they said. Not enough to take a photograph it seems 😢 shame on us. I’m sorry. #ECLCM.
Interesting video shared by @JimGoddard1 about Local Authority care files. I don't have any pictures of my teenage years because noone cared enough to take any! My care records sent to me in non chronological order & a difficult read due to redactions and professionals opinions.
