We're writing an article about envisaging an inclusive research culture within psychology and want to include the perspectives of a range of ECRs, particularly folks with a disability, from an ethnic minority, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, first gen, or another marginalised group.

It would involve talking to one of us (Emily, Rachel, Ellen, Charlotte) about your background, career trajectory so far, where you're heading, and what change you'd like to see in the future of research culture. We'd then feature your story (anon if preferred) in the article!
