@JulieG75872886 The same “they” who told everyone to stay home in March 2020. The same “they” who won’t allow the unvxd travel on planes.

@GCluthe A hunch based on collective research. My father has a PhD in agricultural and resource economics & has written several books in his 45 year career. He agrees with this assessment based on how he & many colleagues have been cancelled for speaking up against climate change.

@DutchHockeyMom When I was growing up we could drive vehicles but the stores were closed on Sunday. It was considered a day of rest and to keep it respected as a Sabbath Day.

@shirlann57 I do remember those days, actually! But we were still allowed to drive and visit friends and go to church. Stuff was just closed.
