Just learned of the passing of Bob Hammel, long-time sports editor of the Bloomington Herald Times, who I've known for 45 years. Kind, patient, smart, funny. Did his homework-fair and honest, humble. May his memory be a blessing!.

Happy to see @IUHoosiers Devin Taylor drafted 48th overall by the @Athletics. No surprises. I went to see @IUHoosiers play @michiganstateu in April and sat next to @Athletics scout. The scout clearly was locked in on Taylor. Best wishes!.
