Yesterday, @MODVA_UPDF and @DCICUg handed over five Congolese soldiers from the Armed Forces of the Democratic Republic of the Congo #FARDC to the DRC authorities. The soldiers had fled to Uganda due to the unrest in Eastern DRC earlier this year in July.
