The ECHO movement has clearly evolved to a new level of impact on health outcomes across the world evidenced through extensive research but more importantly in the lives of millions of people. With the new ECHO AI research tools that evidence is going to grow dramatically.

Really disturbing to hear Labour plans to do away with GP practices.. Do they have any idea just how much work GP practices do so very efficiently compared with the beureaucratic quagmire elsewhere? Has the lesson of the 2004 not been learned?

Imagine living in developed country where face masks are the norm and not stigmatised. That’s Japan with almost 10 times less COVID deaths than England.

This is the most inspiring thing I have done over the past year in the face of so much which is negative. Collating examples of passionate people doing things to make a real difference for those approachng the end of life has done me good. Be inspired too!
