@DrGarvin1 , This is a shot from the CKD guidelines we are finalizing for Ugandans by @MinofHealthUG and @UPMB_Uganda . 👉 We have put GLP-1 agonists after the others because of cost. Other countries would do differently. Yes, we use these drugs for their good indications.

@DrGarvin1 @AbiazRwamwiri @DrGarvin1, I am leading the development of the National kidney guidelines with the @MinofHealthUG and other partners. Clearly GLP-1 agonists are wonderful drugs for the right indications. The challenge should be throwing caution out!
