Everyone is welcome. Raymond attended GoodGym Waltham Forest's first ever session in 2018 and was a huge part of the community ever since, completing almost 200 good deeds. He had a huge passion for running and cycling, and encouraged everyone around him to do the same.

After 4 incredible years at @NHSHomerton, itโs time to leave the nest. Iโll forever miss my NHS family in Hackney. Here are some of the brilliant NHS heroes I got to work with everyday. โค๏ธ๐

Today we remember the one and only Dr Kate Granger MBE who died on this day in 2016. Kate was an inspiration to thousands across the NHS and her legacy lives on in so much of what we do. 2023 marks 10 years since she launched the #HelloMyNameIs campaign.

Happy #StarWarsDay. Please take a moment to appreciate Count Dooku's balcony in Attack of the Clones (2002).

It's such an extraordinary story. Grateful for diabetic research, and for the science that keeps my daughter alive and thriving.
In 1922, a group of scientists went to the Toronto General Hospital where diabetic children were kept in wards. Most of them were comatose & dying from diabetic keto-acidosis. Others were being placed on extremely strict diets, which inevitably led to starvation.

I could never tire of this view with its ever changing colour palette. I sit, and drink it all in, and wonder at my good fortune to be able to bear witness to such beauty.

70% of the already fragile Sudanese health system has collapsed. Hospitals have been targeted and bombed by RSF and the equally ruthless armed forces.Dialysis patients among others are in dyre need for life-saving medications. We call on the @WHO to rapidly intervine.

You know itโs time to go home when youโre contemplating whether to use an Oxford comma on hand, foot, and mouth disease.. Yay or nay btw?

Colleagues who took the alternative route to PortSudan following being denied evacuation initially at Wadi Syedna. Can we clarify if they will be evacuated from PortSudan? They have no safe means to return to Wadi Syedna now.@DHSCgovuk @ukhomeoffice @RishiSunak @BBCJoeInwood

MANY reasons to donate breastmilk! For me it was first because of surplus milk after my daughter died in South Africa, and surprisingly being able to help others did help with the grief. Next time was more pro-active through @MilkBankChester. It's simple, painless & saves lives.
Breast milk donation is a selfless act that can make a world of difference for families in need. We want to know - what motivated YOU to donate your precious milk? Share your story with us in the comments below or via Direct Message and inspire others to make a difference too! ๐

I'm really not hiding it from you.... The root cause of the child's eczema IS a skin barrier dysfunction. Not a food allergy. Sincerely, Allergist
