Anywhere from a week or two to on one memorable occasion, months (covid, travel insurance, outside factors)

We're at outlier; if we submit by Tuesday it's usually deposited on Friday, but when it misses then not until the next Friday.

I think they make the forms nearly impossible to fill so no one claims expenses

At my current and previous universities, a week or two, depending on how backed up they are. They approve on Wednesdays for payments deposited on Friday.

By the time reimbursements process, I have sometimes forgotten what they were for. And not from bounty.

No need for reimbursements. I have a work credit card and route the expense accordingly when the charge posts. One of the reasons I love my institution!!

My institution wants everything at once, which means I pay registration and airfare far ahead of when I travel. This should be added into this time frame.

depends on when the deadline falls vs. when I submit. We are paid 1xmonth, so sometimes 1 month to 6 weeks.
