No pregnant women who have had both doses have been admitted to hospital. Really important data from an excellent study. If you are pregnant please get vaccinated! #VaccinesWork

There are gaps in the care & research of #FND. In @PsychMedJournal, we call #Psychiatry to action - promoting that the #FND community will benefit from an integrated clinical neuroscience perspective. Physical health & mental health are interconnected. https://t.co/kjoBwNgZqJ

#FND is the most common condition you have never heard of. It is the 2nd most frequent reason for a neurology outpatient appointment and more prevalent than Multiple Sclerosis or Parkinsonโs disease. We are #FNDAware. Are you? Please RT #LetsTalkFND #worldfndmonth #FND2021

I despair. We should be vaccinating elderly and vulnerable people with a second dose at 3 weeks as this is the only regime that is evidence based. This paper shows a reduced immune response to a single dose in older or immune compromised people #atopgamblingwithpeopleslives

NEW: a common response to reports of hospitals struggling this winter is "itโs no different to a bad flu season!" Iโve tracked down historical data on flu ICU admissions, including winter 2017-18, a record high. Hereโs how Englandโs Covid winter compares to a bad flu season ๐น
