ہمارا گھرانہ مکمل طور پر سنی تھا لیکن محرم کے دس دن کا خوب احترام کیا جاتا تھا۔ مجھے نہیں یاد کہ ان دس دنوں میں ہمارے ہاں ڈرامہ یا فلم دیکھی گئی ہو۔ نو دس محرم کی چھٹی پر بھی کبھی کسی تفریحی مقام جانے کا خیال نہیں آیا۔ یہ نفرت کی فضا کب قائم ہوئی معلوم نہیں۔
