Josh is making my favourite feature from @ilodotso's good old days, when the Twitter API was free. Being able to see a list of replies and mentions—importantly, outside of X itself—is killer. Fun to see people start to build on X again!.
you can now create new posts directly from @replysocial!. I find that replying to folks frequently triggers new ideas for posts, so having "quick post" (command+k) is super helpful.

This is huge for the Twitter makers. I built ilo in 2020 on top of Twitter's API and it became my most popular product. Happy customers and I had a blast building. Then the API changes and huge charges came, and a lot of Twitter products died. Time for a new (r)evolution. Very.
@Shpigford @nikitabier pay per usage model for X API is underway. we will be rolling out a pilot soon, alongside improved dev experience & new features. note - tough trade offs were made for limits in the past due to bad actors, misuse & scraping.

Took a long break from Twitter recently, and from building side projects. It was a lovely time to have more normal days: work at Loops and hang with family. And have time do more of other things I love, like playing football, coaching, tennis etc. I turn 39 tomorrow. I told.
