This is Joe Whale. In school, his teachers used to reprimand him for doodling in class. When a local café found out, they asked him to write on their walls. Today, he's illustrated two books, hosted his own art exhibition, and designed shoes for Nike. He's 12.

What breaks my heart is that if Christian conservatives spent as much time on genuine faith issues (poverty, war, injustice, racism) and less on false ones (abortion, sexuality) the world would be a better place and Christianity far more respected.
