Gov gaslight @GovofCO always says he wants Colorado to be “affordable” but the policies & laws he supports make Colorado significantly more unaffordable.
@dobetterdnvr Making “source of income” a protected class & forcing landlords to accept section 8 was one of the dumbest things Colorado has done. Landlords can’t refuse to take subsidies outright-so they price their rentals over voucher limits. It is one of the reasons rents have skyrocketed.
