I’m pausing posting on twitter until I see what direction Elon Musk takes as it’s new owner. I emigrated to the USA and became a citizen to embrace free speech. But not hate speech in any form towards anyone. Be aware. Energy creates form. Let that form be peace & love. Together.

I’m very proud to serve on the UCLA Medical Board and the best part yesterday was… seeing a few of the 95 Therapy Animals that bring care and comfort every day to our patients (and Board members!) @UCLA

Big change? Give it some time. There’s a lot to learn. Once we fall into the rhythm of it & begin to acclimate, we start to feel comfortable. And when that happens, we will start to enjoy it & realize that we made a good choice. Give it a chance.

I am so VERY proud of my amazing niece Grace Gilbert - representing Great Britain at the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii! Crossing the finish after her 1 hour 12minute swim, 112 mile bike ride and 26 mile marathon. Heroic!

As a child, my class waited to watch Queen Elizabeth drive past when she visited Poole, Dorset. Years later, I waited with my own child at the gates of the Palace of Holyrood House in Edinburgh as she entered. The Queen waved directly at us. Queen Elizabeth never disappointed.

One of the best things about living in Southern California? Local fresh fruit. Seasonal raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, mint & peaches combine with protein powder, coconut water, chia seeds, apple cider vinegar & local bee pollen for daily breakfast. Yum.
