Well, now that they're out, I can go ahead with this.
This season was my last at WGR. I had a crazy time these past seven years and a huge list of people to thank for my time as I enjoyed being part of a place I listened to growing up. I'm guaranteed to miss some people *thread*
1st, to every person I got to work with. From my program director Allan Davis to all the staff. Being part of
@hsimon62
&
@JeremyWGR
was awesome. Howard the pro's pro of radio. I learned so much from him, but mostly to smile. Jeremy taught me to think bigger, from sports to life.
@Schopptalk
&
@Bulldogwgr
allowed me to challenge myself and make sure to improve as an anchor, starting out as a hot mess. And one of my highlights was the two of them RIPPING me when I when ham on an 11 Day celebration.
The guests and fellow media I've met are some gems. There are too many of you, but each of you were able to help me as a host with questions and how to conduct a show.
And finally, the listeners. Those that loved my chaos, those that hated my wackiness, those that drove me insane calling in. All of you. Thank you for listening on the rare moments I was in.
But it's time to move on. To what? Who knows.
@Matt_Bove
Matt, thank you for being one of my go-tos for shows. Cannot wait for who will be the target this year for the best trade package the NHL could get lol
@DerekKramer49
Sorry to see you're leaving but happy for your next opportunity. But please don't let this keep you off the ice at the 11 Day. We've got a rivalry to renew. 😉
@DerekKramer49
We played at airlanes together if your remember. Your father was an excellent coach(my favorite actually) it’s been great listening to you throughout the years. You’ll be great at whatever you do
@DerekKramer49
I listen to WGR all the time and I have no idea who you are, but good luck, whatever. Way to try and make tonight about you. Nobody cares.
